Through a combination of evidence-based practice, practise-based methodology, our team of highly experienced practitioners deliver totally bespoke, highly effective strength & conditioning, sports nutrition, performance psychology and sports medicine support to recreational, aspirational and elite athletes.
We are currently working with athletes and teams from equestrian sports, motorsports, traditional team sports and with endurance athletes. Our services are delivered through in-person coaching, remote or periodical consultancy and also through online mediums to ensure they remain accessible and effective wherever you're based.
Our UK training facility, based in Surrey, provides an industry-leading training environment for athletes from any sport or discipline.
Sometimes the biggest challenge facing an elite or semi-elite athlete or team is how to piece together all the moving parts of their training, preparation and competition cycle - including managing teams of, at times, conflicting specialists. At HP Professional, our team of experts have held Performance Director roles at some of the leading sports organisations in the world and boast a wealth of experience in managing what you need, when you need it and how to put it all together.
For realistic and sustainable fees, HP Professional practitioners are able to coordinate your technical training, physical preparation and sports medicine support so that you are sure that you are both maximising the input of your entire team and reducing distracting "chatter" and background administration whilst leaving you to focus on your performance, recovery and training.
